The Directors give freely of their personal time to manage the Estate Company including golf practice area, leisure centre, gardens, water features and oversee the total security of the site. It is the aim of each Director to maintain the highest possible standard of living at Cowan Head. To support the Directors, a small group of owners maintain the Cowan Head directory and provides each new owner with a Welcome Pack to help them settle into their new community.
