Guests of Cowan Head owners are welcome to use all the facilities and amenities available to the residents. Indeed they enrich the life here by their presence.
They are welcome to join in the periodic weekend golf get-togethers (though may be unlikely ever to win!!).
We do however ask that owners to make sure that their guests, whether accompanied or unaccompanied, are acquainted with the norms of Cowan Head – especially the guidelines for safety and security, car parking, refuse and recycling, and use of the Leisure Centre.
It can be unpleasant and difficult for all concerned if other residents have to inform guests that they may be engaging in inappropriate, antisocial, or dangerous behaviour, and such incidents can easily be avoided if host owners inform their visitors appropriately before they come.
